What delivery methods are available?
Delivery in Tajikistan is done through two methods. Delivery in Dushanbe is done by our couriers. After you place your order, we will notify the couriers who will deliver your order in Dushanbe within 24 hours if the product you order is in stock. Delivery to other cities in Tajikistan is done by taxi. If you are from other cities of Tajikistan (except Dushanbe) we will send your order by taxi who will deliver your order from 24-48 hours.
How long does it take to get my product?
Our store is in Dushanbe, Tajikistan. If you order in Dushanbe and if the books/stationery your order is in stock, we will deliver in within 24 hours. If you order in other cities of Tajikistan (except Dushanbe), we will send your order by a Taxi which will take from 24-48 hours to reach you, depending on which city your order from.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently we do not ship worlwide, but we have plans do it in the near future.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs different, depending on where you order from.
Dushanbe: from 5 – 10 somoni.
Delivery in Hisar, Tursunzoda (Regar), Vahdat, District Rudaki: 10 somoni.
Delivery in Khatlon Region: from 10 – 15 somoni.
Delivery in Sughd Region: from 20 – 30 somoni.
Delivery GBAO: from 35-45 somoni.

Is buying online safe?
Buying online can be safe and dangerous depending on the security offered by the website you order from. Our website has HTTPS security and Comodo Security offered by one of the best online security agencies. You can be assured that none of your card data will be stolen while you do your purchases.

How to place an order?
Placing your order is really easy. Go to the shop section of our website. Choose a category of products or search for your desired product. After you find the product you want to order you can click on the button “Add to cart“. Then go to cart section of our site and recheck your order. There you can choose the amount of your order, see the total price or remove an unwanted order. After you have checked your cart click on “Proceed to Checkout“. You will be redirected to Billing page. Fill out your billing information like Name, Phone number, email etc. If your have a coupon code you can also use it in the billing section. If you have any additional order notes you can fill that up as well. Now choose the payment option thats best for you. Click on ” I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions ” and the place your order by clicking on the button below. Your order will be placed and an Order ID will be displayed on the screen and sent to your email as well.
Do I need an account to place an order?
When you place your order, you have to fill out your Name, Phone number, address and email in the Billing Details. After your order was placed an Account will be made for you so you can login and check your order status, cancel your order or place a new order without filling your Billing Details all over again.

How can I cancel or change my order?
If you want to cancel your order before it was delivered you can go to My Account page and login to your account (which was made for your during your order). Then click on Orders. There you will see all the orders that have been placed by you and cancel the unwanted order.
Alternatively you can call us and tell us your Order ID that was sent to your email after you had placed your order. We will cancel your order ourselves.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order status by going to Order Tracking page on our website. Fill out your Order ID that was sent to your email and your billing email (email you had provided while placing your order). Click on Track button below and you will see information about your order’s status there.
How can I return the goods?
If you want to return the products you ordered after they have been delivered to you, you can contact us by email or by calling us. We will ask you to send the product back. If the product is in the same condition as it was during the delivery, we will return your money but the delivery charges will be deducted from the total amount. Its important that the product is in the same condition as it was during delivery. If the packaging was opened or the product (such as stationery) was used we cannot accept this order back.
Do you sell e-books?
Currently we do not sell E-books.
Is there a real bookstore that I can visit?
